COLLECTOR'S NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, Erin Fulton, Collector of taxes for the Village of Chaumont, Jefferson County, New York, have received the Tax Roll and Warrant for the collection of taxes within the Village of Chaumont for the year of 2022-23 and that I will attend with the roll at the Municipal Building, 12175 NYS Rte. 12E, in said Town of Lyme, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM for the propose of receiving taxes listed on said roll.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that taxes may be paid on or before June 30, 2022 without interest. On all taxes received after such date there will be added interest of one percentum for each additional month or fraction thereof until such taxes are paid or until the return of unpaid taxes to the Jefferson County Treasurer pursuant to law.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to the law, the tax roll of the Village of Chaumont will be returned to the County of Jefferson on November 1, 2022.
