The water used by the residents is pumped from the Village of Cape Vincent filtration plant and distributed through the Regional Water Line.
Our department is operational seven days a week and has the following duties:

- Inspecting water mains
- Flushing fire hydrants
- Maintaining valves
- Performing meter readings
- Turning on water and water shut offs
- Water line repairs
- Meter installations and replacements
- Inspecting water mains
- Required water quality testing
- Maintaining all functions of pump and lift stations
- Daily inspection and maintenance of the Waste Water Treatment Plant
